How it works:
Your booth will appear in a specific expo hall of your choosing based on general subject matter. In your booth, customers will be able to meet with you by video, audio, or text chat. (You may have as many assistants in your booth as you wish to handle the volume of visitors.) Visitors may send you email, visit your web site, or read your general description. If they like what they see, visitors may sign up for your email list or newsletter and can even purchase items from you without ever leaving the expo.%26nbsp; Of course you will have all your general information, logo, pictures and links to your live lecture all right there for them to choose.
Signing up is a breeze and on June 18 you will be able to upload your materials in plenty of time before the expo goes live. All you need to fully participate is a broadband internet connection (300k minimum up and download) and a video camera on your computer (They cost $39-79 at Fry%26rsquo;s or Circuit City) You do not need additional software and the booth%26rsquo;s features work on both Mac and PC. We even have a testing feature and full help sections to make your booth prep a snap.
Better yet, if you don%26rsquo;t feel ready to prepare your virtual booth yourself, we offer professional service in preparing, uploading and customizing your materials at a rate of $60 per hour.
